  • Deliver exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony, consistently exceeding client expectations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge including construction, materials, design, and care to inform client consultations
  • Build and cultivate a personal client database to drive repeat business and foster customer loyalty
  • Address customer concerns and complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating with store management
