Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently exceptional luxury customer experience by applying the brand's Selling Ceremony and achieving individual and store KPIs.
- Project the Jimmy Choo image through impeccable personal presentation, professional conduct and superior client service.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge (construction, materials, care and design) to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Build, manage and grow a personal client database to generate repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly, escalating to store management when appropriate.
- Support inventory management: replenish stock, maintain stock accuracy, participate in stock takes and follow stock-control procedures.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising standards and maintain boutique tidiness and housekeeping.
- Represent the brand at in-store promotions and events and contribute ideas to improve boutique performance.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with back‑of‑house and administrative tasks as required, and follow all company policies and Health & Safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Professional appearance and high standards of personal grooming consistent with a luxury brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings; reliable and punctual.
- Basic numeracy and experience with cash handling and Point of Sale procedures.
- Right to work in Italy.
Skills
Experience
Preferably at least 1 year of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
