Jimmy Choo seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Richmond, Canada — a client-facing luxury retail role supporting store operations and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Jimmy Choo brand in-store and virtually, delivering exemplary, personalised client service and acting as a local brand ambassador.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up calls/emails and relationship cultivation.
- Perform key-holder duties including store opening/closing, cash handling, end-of-day procedures and financial reconciliations.
- Manage client book and CRM records; coordinate after-sales service, shipping out-of-town orders and thank-you communications.
- Operate POS/register systems and UltiPro Portal for attendance reporting and schedule requests.
- Support inventory control, shipping/receiving and back-of-house tasks, including cycle counts and special projects.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, merchandise product and uphold uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
- Assist clients with product selection and try-on process while maintaining deep product knowledge and brand terminology.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong clienteling ability.
- Fluent verbal and written English; additional language skills are advantageous depending on region.
- Demonstrable cash-handling experience and comfort with register/POS operations.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Ability to perform key-holder responsibilities and work flexible retail hours.

2–5 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, ideally with an existing clientele and prior key‑holder or cash-handling responsibilities.
