Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at every opportunity by adhering to the brand’s Selling Ceremony and clienteling best practices.
- Represent the Jimmy Choo luxury image through impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanour and adherence to dress code standards.
- Develop and maintain in‑depth product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to provide informed recommendations and upsell opportunities.
- Build, grow and manage a personal client database to drive repeat visits, loyalty and long‑term relationships.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly; investigate issues, propose solutions and escalate to store management when appropriate.
- Support stock management processes: replenishment, stock takes and maintaining stock record accuracy in line with company procedures.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and maintain concession tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
- Contribute proactively to store performance by suggesting improvements, participating in promotional events and striving to meet individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Support back‑of‑house and administrative operations as requested and comply with all health, safety and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or high‑end retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Demonstrable retail sales ability and a customer‑centric sales approach.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, fashion trends and client expectations.

Experience
Proven track record of achievement as a sales consultant in luxury retail; experience building and managing client relationships and meeting measurable sales targets is required.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent is expected; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion or luxury brand management are advantageous but not mandatory.
