Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and an understanding of the luxury lifestyle.
  • Build, maintain and grow a personal client database (clienteling) to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Manage visual merchandising and replenishment to maintain boutique standards and maximise sell-through.
  • Support stock management activities, including regular stock counts and inventory control.
  • Represent the brand at in-store promotional events and client-facing activities.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly while preserving brand reputation and client relationships.

Experience

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally with exposure to luxury or premium fashion brands; experience in clienteling and achieving sales targets is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or qualifications in retail, fashion, or hospitality would be advantageous.
