Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the till: receive payments, issue receipts and manage cash and card transactions accurately in a high-volume environment.
- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts; perform regular cash checks and complete end-of-day till closures.
- Enrol clients into the CRM database and collaborate with sales teams to ensure client codification and data capture meet targets.
- Answer the store telephone professionally and route customer enquiries to the appropriate internal contacts.
- Support virtual selling by assisting with online catalogue updates, ensuring correct pricing and imagery for in-stock styles.
- Maintain a clean, organised till area and uphold standards of presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (required); additional languages beneficial.
- Proven customer service ability with exemplary interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude and experience meeting customer needs.
- Strong numerical accuracy and proven ability to reconcile sales receipts and manage cash floats.
- Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market and fashion retail protocols.
- Professional demeanour, self-motivation and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.

Experience
Previous retail experience with demonstrable sales results and cash-handling responsibility is required; prior exposure to luxury or premium-brand retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer-service training preferred.
