Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the till: receive payments, issue receipts and manage cash and card transactions accurately in a high-volume environment.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts; perform regular cash checks and complete end-of-day till closures.
  • Enrol clients into the CRM database and collaborate with sales teams to ensure client codification and data capture meet targets.
  • Answer the store telephone professionally and route customer enquiries to the appropriate internal contacts.
  • Support virtual selling by assisting with online catalogue updates, ensuring correct pricing and imagery for in-stock styles.
  • Maintain a clean, organised till area and uphold standards of presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (required); additional languages beneficial.
  • Proven customer service ability with exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable sales aptitude and experience meeting customer needs.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and proven ability to reconcile sales receipts and manage cash floats.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market and fashion retail protocols.
  • Professional demeanour, self-motivation and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.

Experience
