Jimmy Choo in London seeks a Buyer — Accessories, EMEA to lead seasonal buying and continuity strategy for retail and e‑commerce.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the GMM in executing the end‑to‑end seasonal buying cycle for all Accessories categories (bags, small leather goods, jewellery, fragrance and soft accessories) across EMEA full‑price retail and e‑commerce channels.
- Define and deliver the continuity product strategy, including store continuity mapping, monthly reorders and forecasting within the Key Item Planner to meet sell‑through and inventory cover targets.
- Build seasonal assortments and stock packages; place buys at style and store level aligned to store OTB targets and the seasonal range plan.
- Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc product performance and sell‑through analysis and present actionable findings to commercial stakeholders.
- Present seasonal selections and buy strategies to regional retail teams and conduct in‑season product trainings to elevate store product knowledge ahead of launches.
- Collaborate closely with Area Managers, Retail Stores, Global Buying, Central Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics and Online teams to ensure product synergy and optimise stock across the region.
- Prepare pre‑buy seasonal analysis and lessons learned to present to the GMM and EMEA leadership; identify capsule/product development needs with global partners.
- Oversee replenishment and consolidation processes, and determine assortments for events, VM/marketing activations and new store openings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in buying and/or retail merchandising across European markets.
- University graduate or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of increasing sales turnover and maximising gross profit.
- Keen product sensibility with demonstrable experience in assortment building.
- Strong commercial awareness of current luxury accessories trends.
- Highly developed analytical skills and experience producing sell‑through and performance analysis.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Italian, French or Spanish a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

At least 3 years of hands‑on buying or retail merchandising experience covering European markets, ideally within the luxury accessories sector, with demonstrable commercial results.
Education
University degree or equivalent professional experience.
