Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, KPIs and overall boutique performance.
- Coach, develop and manage the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service following the brand Selling Ceremony.
- Deliver product and service training covering product construction, materials, care, design and Retail Excellence standards.
- Build, maintain and leverage client databases to drive repeat visits and customer loyalty through proactive clientelling.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including stock control, administration, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure adherence to brand procedures, health & safety and security protocols and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Assist in organising and executing stock takes and monitor stock accuracy and replenishment.
- Demonstrate and model the Jimmy Choo luxury image through professional conduct, grooming and ambassadorial behaviour.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a customer-centric orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Sound knowledge of the luxury market, fashion retail and client service principles.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a multinational retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Prior supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail is required — typically 2+ years leading a sales team, achieving KPIs, managing stock processes and delivering high standards of client service and visual presentation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post-secondary training in retail, business or fashion preferred.
