Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service by applying the brand's Selling Ceremony to every client interaction.
- Embody and project the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle through professional appearance, conduct and service standards.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge — construction, materials, care and design — to advise clients confidently.
- Build and maintain a personal client database to drive repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to store management when appropriate.
- Support stock operations including replenishment, stock control, accuracy of records and participation in stock takes.
- Ensure merchandise presentation adheres to Visual Merchandising (VM) standards and maintain boutique tidiness.
- Attend store meetings and training events; represent the brand during promotional activities and events.
- Support back-of-house and administrative tasks as requested by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Adhere to company retail procedures and policies (Retail Excellence) and report Health & Safety issues as required.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand or high-end boutique environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English is required.
- Demonstrable retail sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
- Strong clienteling ability and a proactive approach to anticipating client needs.
- Professional demeanour, polished presentation and a commitment to delivering superior customer care.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively within a team and show initiative.

Experience
Demonstrable success working as a sales consultant within a luxury fashion or accessories brand, with evidence of achieving sales targets and building a repeat client base.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
