Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all store operations to achieve and exceed sales, margin and customer experience targets while safeguarding brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and manage succession planning.
  • Own daily P&L-related activities including sales forecasting, inventory control, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention.
  • Drive clienteling and CRM-led retention strategies to grow the local client base and maximise lifetime value.
  • Implement merchandising and store presentation directives; collaborate with regional visual teams to execute seasonal roll-outs.
  • Manage store administration: staff scheduling, payroll control, compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Analyse sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for Regional Management, proposing corrective actions and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with prior responsibility for full-store management and commercial results.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and deliver consistent customer-centric service.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with sales forecasting, inventory management and KPI analysis.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in visual merchandising and operational execution.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and local peak trading periods.

Experience

Several years of progressive experience in retail, including hands-on store management in luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing store operations.

Education

Secondary education required; a degree or diploma in business, retail management, fashion or a related field is preferred.
