Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while coaching the team to meet and exceed goals.
- Develop, maintain and expand a high-value client base through proactive clienteling and events.
- Implement and manage the boutique’s client outreach program to drive financial performance and exceed KPI targets.
- Maintain effective communications with the Store Manager and support execution of store strategies.
- Motivate the team, build positive morale and ensure accountability through goal setting and recognition.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate implementation of visual directives.
- Deliver operational excellence across store processes, including service, presentation and compliance.
- Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, onboarding, training and ongoing development of staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience within a high-end or luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving, adaptability and strategic focus.
- Well connected with demonstrated ability to engage high-profile clientele and represent the brand.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of store management or assistant management experience in luxury or high-end retail, with demonstrated success driving sales, developing client relationships and leading a small sales team.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 65,000 per annum.
