Assistant Store Manager at Jimmy Choo Prague boutique. Capri Holdings seeks an experienced retail leader to drive sales and manage luxury operations on Pařížská street.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales targets and KPIs including conversion rates, Average Unit Retail (AUR), and Units Per Transaction (UPT)
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards on the sales floor, demonstrating deep product knowledge of footwear, handbags, and accessories
- Cultivate strong relationships with local VIP clients and build loyal customer database through personalized clientelling strategies and CRM management
- Motivate, mentor, and coach Sales Associates to achieve individual sales targets and develop professional skills
- Assist in setting daily performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and managing team schedules
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, embedding Jimmy Choo brand culture and values
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and stockroom organization
- Implement strict inventory controls and loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with luxury retail standards
- Ensure boutique compliance with global Jimmy Choo visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a pristine retail environment
- Assume full operational and managerial responsibility during the Store Manager's absence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven experience within luxury retail or premium fashion environments
- Fluency in both English and Czech (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical capability and proficiency with retail KPIs
- Flexibility to work extended schedules including weekends and public holidays as required by luxury retail operations

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management capacity within luxury retail or premium fashion. Candidate should demonstrate proven ability to drive sales performance, manage team operations, and maintain high standards of customer service in an upscale retail environment.
Education
Secondary education required; additional qualifications in retail management, business administration, or luxury brand studies considered advantageous.
