Jimmy Choo seeks an Assistant Store Manager in La Roca (La Roca del Vallès), Spain to lead boutique operations and support the retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets and KPIs through coaching, team motivation and performance management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards, modelling the Jimmy Choo client experience and ensuring the team replicates that standard consistently.
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations in the Store Manager’s absence, including opening/closing procedures and store administration.
- Ensure merchandise presentation and visual standards align with Retail Excellence directives and maintain boutique tidiness at all times.
- Assist with stock management activities including stock takes, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and the delivery of ongoing training programmes to develop commercial and product knowledge across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a luxury retail environment with demonstrable achievement against sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of the luxury fashion market, customer service excellence and brand presentation.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse retail team.
- High standards of personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with luxury brand expectations.
- Flexibility to cover varied retail shifts and to manage the boutique independently when required.

Experience
Demonstrable success in a managerial retail role within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with hands-on experience driving sales, coaching teams and maintaining visual and service standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or fashion is preferred but not required.
