Role & Responsibilities
- Engage and inspire the retail team by ensuring they strive to reach assigned targets and key performance indicators
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining exceptional standards of customer service across all client interactions
- Ensure the efficient daily operations of the boutique in accordance with company directives and Retail Excellence procedures
- Embody the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through exemplary customer relationship management, personal presentation, and professional behaviour, setting the standard for the team
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and deliver training programmes to store personnel
- Monitor and support staff performance development and progression in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Oversee merchandise presentation to maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure boutique tidiness is upheld at all times
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Provide operational support during inventory and stock-take procedures
Qualifications
- Demonstrable management experience within a luxury retail environment
- Sound knowledge of the luxury market, customer service excellence, and fashion industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop retail teams
