Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse sell‑in and sell‑out performance across Retail and Wholesale; produce weekly sales reports and identify best sellers and emerging trends.
- Maintain and update product master data across systems (PLM, JOOR), ensuring accuracy of line lists, images and metadata.
- Manage product set‑up, catalogue maintenance and image uploads to internal systems and selling platforms.
- Coordinate showroom and sample logistics, including shipment tracking, returns, system updates and sample organisation.
- Support market preparation activities such as sample photography, creation of selling tools and pack sheets.
- Provide ad‑hoc analytical and administrative support to the VP of Merchandising and the wider accessories team.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' relevant merchandising, retail planning or wholesale experience (accessories, handbags, SLG or jewellery preferred).
- Proven proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint for sales analysis and reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with PLM is required; JOOR experience is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical capability, and ownership of data accuracy.
- Organised, systems‑savvy and able to perform in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years' experience in accessories merchandising, retail planning or wholesale operations, with practical exposure to handbags, small leather goods or jewellery preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
