Role & Responsibilities
- Manage weekly performance reviews for all EMEA outlet stores, ensuring stock optimisation and adherence to trade actions.
- Complete weekly allocation and replenishment reviews using standardised templates to maximise product performance and control markdown stock cover against targets.
- Support the Merchandise Planner in defining outlet stock requirements and managing seasonal end-of-line and Outlet Core (made-for-outlet) intake plans.
- Forecast initial buys and re-orders for Outlet Core items against Open-to-Buy (OTB) targets and own sizing strategy for new outlet orders.
- Prepare and sign off seasonal outlet stock launch packages with the Merchandise Planner and GMM.
- Produce weekly outlet trade reports, analyse store, department and seasonal sales performance, and present key findings and actions to the regional team.
- Maintain price management processes: upload price changes in SAP, implement markdown strategy and keep the price database current.
- Liaise with Logistics and Stock Control to ensure warehouse requirements and stock accuracy.
- Conduct outlet store visits and maintain regular communication with store managers to implement agreed assortment and trading actions.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Marketing on product launches and key product messaging for outlet channels.
Qualifications
- Graduate calibre (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven merchandise planning experience across European markets, ideally with outlet retail exposure.
- Demonstrable track record of increasing sales turnover and maximising gross profit.
- Current experience as an Allocator or level-one Assistant Planner within a retail or fashion environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; proven ability to produce clear trade analysis and presentations.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to identify growth opportunities and respond quickly to market changes.
- Highly organised, able to multi-task and perform under pressure within a fast-paced international business.

Experience
Several years of hands-on merchandise planning or allocation experience, with demonstrable results in driving turnover and margin across European retail or outlet networks. Experience working with cross‑functional retail, logistics and store teams is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (graduate calibre).
