Role & Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth sell-in and sell-out analysis for Handbags, Small Leather Goods and Jewellery; produce weekly retail reports by product group, identify best sellers and material/category trends and draw actionable commercial conclusions.
- Manage wholesale follow-up to capture partner insights and perform post-selling campaign sell-in analysis to inform future range and allocation decisions.
- Set up and maintain collection data across systems (PLM and JOOR): create and update line lists, ensure system accuracy, upload product images and manage sample priority/shot lists.
- Support collection merchandising and showroom operations: competitive product benchmarking, punctual pricing tasks, coordinate receipt and inter-showroom shipment of samples with Florence HQ, and prepare collection overviews and internal selling documents.
- Coordinate press orders by liaising with PR and Customer Service to ensure timely processing; track press sampling and deliveries in partnership with Florence HQ.
- Support special projects and capsule collections through creation of line lists, sampling coordination and comprehensive 360° system data entry; prepare presentations and training materials as required.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years' professional experience, ideally in retail analytics, buying, merchandise planning or assortment management.
- Proven experience using a PLM system (required); JOOR experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PWT as stated; strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Effective presentation and communication skills; professional representation of the brand both internally and externally.

Experience
3–4 years of relevant experience in analytics, retail, buying or planning, with demonstrable commercial analysis and merchandising exposure in accessories or related product categories.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
