Jil Sander seeks a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador at the Printemps flagship location in Paris, cultivating revenue growth and delivering elevated client experiences in alignment with the Maison's exacting standards. The successful candidate will drive quantitative and qualitative sales targets, establish lasting relationships with an international clientele, and maintain the visual and operational excellence that defines luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue and exceed quantitative and qualitative targets whilst proposing actionable improvement plans
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of performance indicators and management tools, including stock knowledge to inform sales strategies
- Welcome and serve an international clientele with exacting standards, anticipating and exceeding customer expectations
- Establish and maintain enduring client relationships through personal follow-up and detailed customer information collection
- Communicate in-depth product knowledge across all collections, lines, and seasonal offerings with expertise in brand heritage
- Deliver client service aligned with Jil Sander's established standards and procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards, including stock organization and replenishment
- Conduct inventory management, stock verification, security protocols, and product level monitoring
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, process after-sales service requests, and manage store opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of successful sales experience in men's and women's ready-to-wear and accessories within luxury fashion or premium retail
- Demonstrated mastery of performance metrics and the ability to drive results
- Excellent presentation and refined understanding of fashion and luxury brand positioning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, team members, and management
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and translate customer needs into tailored brand experiences
