Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Controlling team to ensure data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare monthly management reports and variance analyses against Budget and Forecast.
- Coordinate Budget, Forecast, and planning processes with corporate functions and regions.
- Supervise Industrial Controlling activities, including standard costs, variance analysis, and industrial KPIs.
- Manage Wholesale Controlling, monitoring profitability and commercial performance.
- Oversee Corporate Opex and support corporate investment controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and integrated results vision.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and control tools.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Controlling roles, preferably in retail and/or fashion contexts.
- Experience in resource coordination and collaborative leadership.
- Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Good proficiency in English.

Education
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
