Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop the concession team to cultivate a client-centric, high-performance culture.
- Coach staff to meet individual and collective sales targets while overseeing recruitment, onboarding and training.
- Manage scheduling and rostering to align staffing with business needs and budgetary constraints.
- Drive sales, productivity and profitability, ensuring achievement of targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and manage the concession P&L, control costs and optimise store efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and local stakeholders; lead CRM and client development initiatives.
- Promote long-distance and omni-channel sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising and store presentation meet corporate guidelines.
- Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Supervise stock management, back-of-house organisation and space optimisation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership and team-management capabilities with a results-driven, client-focused approach.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales performance and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective decision-making ability.
- Omni-channel retail knowledge and experience with CRM-driven clienteling.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.

Experience
At least 3–4 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably with prior responsibility for a concession, boutique or store team and demonstrable success in driving sales, managing P&L and developing client relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred; relevant vocational qualifications or substantial retail management experience will be considered.
