Jil Sander seeks a Part-Time Client Advisor at The Mall Outlet in Reggello for a luxury fashion retail role focused on customer experience and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their needs, providing comprehensive information about products, current collections, and brand heritage
- Develop and maintain one-on-one relationships with customers using both direct engagement and digital tools
- Maintain accurate customer account records including contact information, product preferences, purchase history, and follow-up activities
- Demonstrate in-depth brand and product knowledge aligned with training programs and competitive market developments
- Achieve personal and store sales targets by effectively managing the complete customer journey from inquiry through purchase
- Convert product inquiries into completed sales while responding to both direct and indirect customer requests
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Back-of-house (BOH) retail knowledge
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for fashion and proactive problem-solving
