Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and maintain long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Provide authoritative product advice across the collection, demonstrating knowledge of fabrics, construction and styling.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, payments and returns with accuracy and discretion for high-value items.
- Support visual merchandising standards, ensure windows and floor sets reflect brand directives and maintain impeccable store presentation.
- Assist with stock management including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention protocols.
- Contribute to in-store events, private appointments and personal shopping services to cultivate VIP clientele.
- Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams (clienteling/CRM, e‑commerce) to support omnichannel customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury fashion retail or high-end customer service, preferably within a designer or premium brand environment.
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client portfolios.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished, professional presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; reliable and punctual.
- Right to work in Germany.

At least 2 years' hands-on experience in luxury or premium retail demonstrating consistent sales performance, proven client development and familiarity with boutique operations.
Education
