Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by understanding and fulfilling customer needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong one-on-one relationships with customers, utilizing digital tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activities and preferences for future reference.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about luxury trends and competitors.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets by managing customer accounts through all sales stages.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
  • Proficiency in German; English or other languages are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of back-of-house operations.

Experience

3 to 4 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
