Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and curate an exceptional in-store experience, discerning individual needs and preferences while providing expert product information and trend guidance
- Develop and sustain meaningful one-on-one relationships with customers through personalized engagement and digital touchpoints
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer account activities, including contact details, delivery preferences, product preferences, price quotes, and order history to facilitate ongoing service excellence
- Demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge through continuous engagement with training programs and current market intelligence
- Achieve established personal and store sales targets through skilled management of customer accounts across all stages of the sales cycle and purchase process
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in luxury fashion retail or related environment
- Fluent verbal and written German communication skills with the ability to engage clients with genuine care and empathy
- Strong proficiency in omni-channel retail practices and digital customer engagement tools
- Back-of-house (BOH) operational knowledge and understanding
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability
