Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while assessing client needs and expectations
- Develop and maintain one-on-one relationships with customers using both traditional and digital engagement channels
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer account records including contact information, preferences, purchase history, and delivery requirements
- Demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge aligned with training programs and maintain awareness of luxury market trends and competitor positioning
- Achieve personal and store sales targets by effectively managing customer accounts through all stages of the sales cycle and conversion process
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Back-of-house (BOH) knowledge
- Ability to handle clients with personal care and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
