Jil Sander is hiring a Client Advisor in Ibiza — join OTB's boutique team as a Client Advisor delivering luxury service and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business in line with the maison’s luxury standards.
- Proactively drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through persuasive product presentation and consultative selling.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across collections to advise clients on fit, styling and craftsmanship.
- Execute clienteling activities: build and update client profiles, manage appointments, follow up on leads and oversee after-sales care.
- Operate POS and handle cash, card transactions and returns with accuracy and discretion.
- Ensure boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping are consistently upheld.
- Support inventory management including stock reception, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to achieve store KPIs and participate in store events or trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably within a boutique environment.
- Demonstrable sales results and experience working to commercial targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused, service-oriented approach.
- Fluent in spoken communication; additional languages advantageous but not mandatory.
- Professional presentation and a thorough understanding of luxury product standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end boutique sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.

This position is based in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain, within easy reach of Palma.
