Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming clients, identifying needs and providing expert product advice.
  • Develop and sustain personalised one-on-one client relationships using in-store and digital touchpoints.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records (contacts, preferences, delivery instructions, order history and follow-ups) and use them to cultivate repeat business.
  • Demonstrate thorough brand and product knowledge and stay informed about market and competitor activity.
  • Meet individual and store sales objectives by managing customer interactions through all stages of the sales cycle and converting enquiries into sales.
  • Process transactions and payments with precision and discretion.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store standards meet luxury presentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues to optimise operations and enhance the client experience.
  • Manage stock activity according to store manager guidance, including deliveries, transfer requests and stock checks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail preferred; junior candidates with strong learning attitude and responsibility considered.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) required.
  • Working knowledge of back-of-house (BOH) operations.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and resilient with strong fashion awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills, polished presentation and professional grooming.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; strong sales orientation and ability to work autonomously.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. Candidates with less experience but a pronounced commercial attitude, rapid learning capability and strong responsibility may be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
