Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional boutique experience: greet clients, identify needs and provide tailored product advice.
- Develop and maintain one-on-one client relationships, using in-store and digital tools to grow lifetime value.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation (contact names, delivery requirements, preferences, order history and outstanding quotes).
- Demonstrate and continually update deep brand and product knowledge through training and market awareness.
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts to achieve personal and store sales targets; convert inquiries into purchases.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years' experience in luxury fashion retail.
- Proven knowledge of back‑of‑house (BOH) retail operations.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and commercially driven with strong fashion awareness.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience
Minimum three to four years in luxury fashion retail with demonstrable experience in clienteling, meeting sales targets and handling back‑of‑house retail processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in fashion, retail or luxury goods preferred.
