Jil Sander is hiring a Client Advisor in Dallas (NorthPark) — deliver luxury clienteling, achieve sales targets, and represent the brand in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting, personalized clienteling and closing techniques.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across all categories; confidently present, demonstrate and style merchandise to clients.
- Build and maintain a high-value client book: schedule appointments, pull merchandise in advance, conduct follow-ups by phone, mail or messaging, and record preferences and life events.
- Deliver a consistently elevated luxury service experience that reflects brand standards and supports client retention and loyalty.
- Contribute to store operations including inventory processes, accurate tagging and pricing, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to meet qualitative and quantitative objectives and provide market/competitive feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous retail/customer service experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Proven sales track record with demonstrable achievement of sales goals; a personal client book is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organisational, multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to represent and communicate brand values through service, appearance and conduct.

Experience
Preferred 4+ years in a premium or luxury commission-based retail sales environment with a proven record of meeting sales targets; previous client book desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or luxury sales training or certifications preferred.
