Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute global public relations strategy across short, medium, and long-term horizons, aligned with brand moments, campaigns, launches, and runway presentations
- Manage day-to-day agency operations in alignment with internal KPIs and performance metrics
- Build and animate the international public relations ecosystem to strengthen media relationships and brand positioning
- Develop and implement cross-functional initiatives to optimize operational processes across showroom, logistics, and reporting workflows
- Oversee monthly and annual PR budget allocation and coordinate gifting requisitions with operations teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a luxury fashion house or creative environment (fashion, art, culture)
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with demonstrated capacity to operate within international contexts
- Established media network across fashion, lifestyle, and cultural sectors
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven organizational rigor, capacity to prioritize multiple demands, and ability to thrive in demanding environments

Minimum 5 years of confirmed professional experience in public relations or communications roles, preferably within luxury fashion, design, art, or creative industries. Demonstrated success managing external agency partnerships and cultivating international media relationships.
Education
