Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the logistical and operational preparation of photoshoots (lookbooks, campaigns, special projects) and fashion shows (casting, backstage coordination)
- Create and maintain project documentation, presentations, status reports, timelines, and production listings
- Coordinate specific stages of show preparation in collaboration with internal departments and external production partners
- Provide logistical and organizational support for events and photoshoots from preparation through post-production phases
- Manage graphic requests including formatting, retouching, printing, and social media asset adaptation
- Contribute to video editing and motion design projects
- Handle administrative support including document archiving, filing, vendor invoicing, and payment processing
- Manage office operations including inventory tracking, equipment ordering, and supply procurement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a fashion school, graphic design program, or specialized university (Bac+4 to Bac+5 equivalent)
- Strong visual culture and passion for imagery, fashion, and luxury
- Creativity, rigor, and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and efficiency skills
- Sound understanding of branding and visual communication strategy
- Prior experience in a fashion house (preferred)
- Fluency in both English and French (essential)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with 3D tools and CGI (preferred)
