Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, consumer, and trend analysis along with competitive benchmarking to identify innovation and portfolio development opportunities
  • Contribute to the creation and conceptualization of new fragrance launches, including research, storytelling development, naming strategy, and packaging concepts
  • Coordinate with creative and design agencies on visual mock-ups, design concepts, and packaging development while maintaining brand consistency
  • Support the full innovation pipeline from concept through launch, collaborating with Communication, PR, Digital, E-retail, POS, Training, Activation, and Commercial teams
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget execution
  • Develop clear and inspiring briefs for agencies, production companies, and external creative partners
  • Oversee campaign content development including photo shoots and visual assets from preparation through post-production
  • Manage campaign adaptations, optimizations, and retouching across markets and channels
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy, project planning calendars, and launch roadmaps

Qualifications

  • University degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Design
  • Relevant experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Brand Management, ideally within fragrances, beauty, luxury, or fashion
  • Fluent English
  • Strong creative sensitivity and genuine interest in the fragrance and beauty industries
  • Solid project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities
