Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for seasonal collections, from brief and concept to launch and post‑launch analysis.
  • Translate commercial briefs into detailed specifications, tech packs and development milestones in collaboration with design and pattern teams.
  • Own costing, margin analysis and pricing recommendations to meet financial targets while preserving brand positioning.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams — design, sourcing, production, quality control, merchandising and sales — to ensure timely sample approvals and deliveries.
  • Prepare range plans, line sheets and sell‑in materials for wholesale and retail partners; support the commercial and retail teams during sell‑in and merchandising windows.
  • Monitor sales performance and inventory flow, propose assortment adjustments and contribute to replenishment and outlet strategies.
  • Maintain supplier and factory relationships; oversee quality inspections and ensure compliance with brand specifications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor assortments and consumer insights to inform assortment decisions and product innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of product management, merchandising or buyer experience in fashion, accessories or beauty, preferably within a luxury or premium brand.
  • Proven ability to manage seasonal timelines and deliver on commercial KPIs (sell‑in, sell‑through, margin).
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction, grading and fit; experience producing clear tech packs and specifications.
  • Excellent analytical skills for costing, pricing and assortment planning.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional projects, coordinate external partners and make decisions under time constraints.
  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion, merchandising, business, marketing or a related discipline; higher qualification or specialised training desirable.
