- Liaise with suppliers and ateliers to source fabrics, trims and components, ensuring material feasibility and quality standards.
- Monitor costing, bill of materials (BOM) and target price adherence in collaboration with purchasing and finance.
- Follow production timelines from pre-production to final delivery, resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with quality checkpoints.
- Maintain and update product files and tech documentation within the PLM or internal systems.
- Work cross-functionally with design, patternmaking, quality control and supply‑chain teams to drive time-to-market targets.
- Advocate for technical integrity and fit consistency across season collections while supporting creative experimentation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in apparel product development or technical design within fashion or luxury apparel.
- Proven ability to produce clear technical packs, spec sheets and fit directives for woven and knit garments.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, grading and fit evaluation.
- Experience working with suppliers, sample rooms and production ateliers in a development-to-production workflow.
- Fluent technical English; French proficiency highly desirable (preferred but not mandatory).
