Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Development Packaging teams to identify and present qualified suppliers capable of producing required components within cost, quality, and launch schedule parameters
  • Manage request-for-proposal processes in alignment with cost, quality, innovation, and planning objectives
  • Prepare and present supplier award committee recommendations to Purchasing and Packaging leadership
  • Develop and monitor project timelines in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Propose appropriate supplier panels tailored to new product development requirements
  • Conduct negotiations to achieve profitability targets and identify value optimization opportunities
  • Address non-conformities by implementing corrective action plans and managing billing disputes
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Supply teams to ensure accurate materials planning (MRP) and order execution against negotiated pricing and approved specifications
  • Contribute to Business Reviews and Category Reviews with Category Management to evaluate supplier performance and identify continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Diploma from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally in packaging or luxury sectors
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation and project management competencies
  • Technical curiosity and aptitude
  • Fluent French and English; Spanish is a plus
