Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters, providing counsel on integration, performance management, absenteeism, team organization, and employee development
  • Support managers in implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes while identifying situations requiring specialized HR expertise and escalating to the Senior HR Business Partner
  • Manage administrative and operational HR functions daily, including employee data management, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintenance of accurate records in the group HRIS and reporting systems
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards tracking headcount, recruitment, personnel movements, HR campaign progress, and other key metrics
  • Drive recruitment activities within the assigned perimeter by collaborating with managers to define hiring needs, conducting sourcing and candidate screening, coordinating interviews, and tracking applications
  • Contribute to talent pipeline building and employer brand development while continuously improving recruitment practices
  • Organize and oversee onboarding processes for new employees
  • Deploy group HR campaigns including objectives setting, annual appraisals, people reviews, and talent development initiatives
  • Track HR campaign execution with managers and coordinate follow-up communications as needed
  • Participate in identifying and developing talent in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner
  • Support managers in managing individual employee relations issues at the operational level, including conducting HR interviews and overseeing action plan implementation
  • Prepare necessary documentation for case analysis and HR file management while maintaining strict compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal frameworks
  • Mentor HR interns and apprentices in their daily responsibilities and serve as a backup contact to ensure continuity during the Senior HR Business Partner's absence
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and talent development and employer brand programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of professional HR generalist experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR processes
  • Demonstrated experience supporting managers and managing individual employee relations and operational HR issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability across stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SuccessFactors experience is advantageous
  • Fluent English
  • Sensitivity to fashion and retail sectors is preferred
