Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Brand teams to adapt and execute global strategies locally within the UK market
  • Build strong internal relationships to drive productivity and brand engagement across cross-functional teams

  • Work closely with Commercial, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Communications teams to deliver tailored trade marketing and in-store activations
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor execution, competitor activity, and merchandising compliance
  • Manage team development, being fully responsible for at least one direct report

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in marketing and retail industry within the UK market
  • Proven digital marketing experience and knowledge
  • Team management experience with responsibility for at least one direct report
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution capabilities
