Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform final habillage operations: casing up movements, fitting dials and hands, securing casebacks and crowns with exacting tolerances.
  • Execute sealing and water‑resistance preparation and collaborate with testing teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Carry out final aesthetic and functional inspections, identifying and resolving defects before release to quality control.
  • Use precision bench tools and optical equipment to adjust, align and finish components to maison standards.
  • Maintain assembly documentation and traceability records; report non‑conformities and contribute to continuous improvement of habillage processes.
  • Work closely with upstream and downstream ateliers (movement assembly, polishing, quality) to ensure production flow and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification in watchmaking (CFC), WOSTEP or equivalent diploma preferred.
  • Proven track record in habillage/final assembly within a high‑end watchmaking environment.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and acute visual acuity for microscale assembly work.
  • Strong understanding of basic horological principles, tolerances and quality criteria.

Experience

Diploma in watchmaking (CFC), WOSTEP certification, or equivalent vocational training in horology.
