Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring strict adherence to Company policies and Store Management guidelines
  • Manage staffing logistics including shift planning, roster scheduling, and resolution of personnel issues to maintain optimal store performance
