Role & Responsibilities
- Perform stone-setting operations on watchmaking and jewelry components using precision hand techniques including grain, traditional, baguette, closed, claw, and invisible settings
- Ensure conformity and quality of finished pieces according to established specifications
- Work on small production series and support the industrialization of new products
- Collaborate with fellow artisans within the workshop to maintain workflow and quality standards
- Propose improvements to production processes and working methods
- Participate in events and demonstrations showcasing traditional stone-setting craftsmanship
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional stone-setting experience, ideally within the watchmaking or fine jewelry sector
