Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to boutique clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate timepieces with authoritative product knowledge covering movements, complications, materials and service propositions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Manage sales transactions, reservations and returns accurately using the boutique point‑of‑sale system; ensure GDPR‑compliant client data entry and follow‑up.
- Coordinate with after‑sales/service teams to schedule servicing, warranty registration and repairs; liaise with regional boutique management and ateliers as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and boutique presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Participate in product and brand training, attend trade events and support private client appointments or VIP events.
Qualifications
- Fluent Japanese; professional proficiency in English preferred.
- Prior retail experience in luxury watches, jewellery or high‑end fashion; demonstrable success in a sales quota environment.
- Deep interest in horology with aptitude for learning technical product details.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, discretion with VIP clients and high standards of personal presentation.
- Flexibility to work boutique retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; legal authorization to work in Japan.

Typically requires 1–3 years of frontline retail experience in luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion; prior boutique experience with measurable sales results is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management is advantageous.
