Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients in the Miami boutique, representing Jaeger‑LeCoultre’s technical and aesthetic values.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and personalised outreach.
- Understand and articulate the technical features, complications and heritage of Jaeger‑LeCoultre timepieces to guide purchase decisions.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall boutique performance.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process multi‑currency transactions and ensure accurate handling of payments and documentation.
- Maintain boutique standards including presentation, merchandising, inventory integrity and window displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to ensure seamless client handovers and follow through on servicing requests.
- Participate in boutique events, trunk shows and private client appointments, and represent the brand at external client engagements when required.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial orientation with a track record of meeting sales targets in luxury retail; boutique or watchmaking experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, client records and sales documentation.
- Willingness to undertake technical product training and continuous development in horology.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or high‑end watchmaking retail. Prior exposure to watch complications, private client servicing or appointment‑based selling is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in hospitality, sales, business or luxury retail is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Miami, Florida, USA.
