Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed revenue, margin and conversion targets.
- Own daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, staffing, scheduling and compliance with maison retail standards.
- Manage inventory, stock transfers and replenishment; ensure accuracy of stock records and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling, event activity and after‑sales care coordination.
- Implement visual merchandising and brand presentation standards in partnership with regional VM and HQ guidelines.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports, analyse retail KPIs, and propose action plans to improve performance.
- Coordinate with regional management, after‑sales service and logistics to ensure timely repairs, warranties and client satisfaction.
- Control boutique operating costs and assist with budgeting and promotional planning.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail with responsibility for sales and store operations.
- Previous managerial experience (team leadership, staff development and rostering) within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience managing sales KPIs, inventory and basic P&L responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑centric approach and ability to cultivate high‑net‑worth relationships.
- Professional presentation, discretion and commitment to the maison’s brand standards.

Typically 5+ years in luxury retail, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity — preferably within watches, high jewelry or premium accessories. Demonstrable success driving sales, managing operations and developing a high‑performing team.
