Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail performance team in collecting, cleaning and consolidating daily, weekly and monthly sales and KPI data across the boutique network.
- Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and standardized management reports to track sales, sell‑through, stock levels and conversion metrics.
- Conduct store‑level and regional analyses to identify performance drivers, trends and improvement opportunities; draft concise commercial recommendations for retail leadership.
- Collaborate with retail operations, wholesale and clienteling teams to reconcile point‑of‑sale, CRM and inventory data and ensure reporting integrity.
- Contribute to forecasting exercises, ad hoc commercial projects and retail initiatives (promotions, product launches and merchandising changes).
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for management review and support the communication of insights to store teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business administration, economics, data analytics, statistics or a related discipline (internship placement as part of academic program preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to data quality and an ability to translate numbers into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive‑level slides and summaries.
- Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment with discretion and professionalism.
- Interest in luxury retail and an appreciation for watchmaking and brand heritage.

Prior internship or project experience in retail operations, commercial analysis, management consulting or market research is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrable analytical coursework or academic projects will be considered.
