Jaeger-LeCoultre, the "Watchmaker of Watchmakers" since 1833, seeks a six-month retail operations intern to support the global retail network based in Geneva. The intern will monitor operational key performance indicators, contribute to retail process optimization, broadcast commercial and compliance guidelines, and serve as a liaison between headquarters and market teams. This role offers practical exposure to luxury retail operations within one of watchmaking's most prestigious manufactures.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor retail network operations KPIs and identify performance issues with actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to retail process simplification initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Address market inquiries regarding operational topics and provide cross-functional support
  • Broadcast commercial and marketing guidelines to retail stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance adherence across various operational processes
  • Maintain the central guidelines database with current information

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Fluent in French and English with excellent written communication in both languages
  • Proficiency with SAP and Excel
