Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day boutique operations, including stock receipt, tagging, replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Assist with inventory control and periodic stock reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of physical and electronic records.
- Process sales administration tasks: order entry, delivery follow‑up, invoicing support and returns handling.
- Contribute to visual merchandising setup and rotation in line with brand directives and campaign calendars.
- Compile operational reports and KPIs (sales, stock levels, shrinkage) to inform store managers and regional teams.
- Liaise with logistics, after‑sales and wholesale teams to coordinate transfers, repairs and client deliveries.
- Provide high‑level client service support when required, maintaining discretion and the brand’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Luxury Brand Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical aptitude and proven attention to detail; ability to perform accurate stock counts and reconciliations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- High professional standards, discretion with client information and a polished interpersonal manner.
- Availability for retail hours, including occasional weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
Previous retail or luxury internship experience is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable experience with inventory tasks, customer service or administrative support within a retail setting is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
