Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring standards of presentation, stock availability and customer service are consistently met.
- Manage inventory control processes including goods receiving, stock reconciliation, transfers and periodic audits.
- Prepare and deliver operational reporting and key performance indicators to regional retail management, highlighting sales, stock turns and shrinkage.
- Liaise with logistics, distribution and after‑sales teams to expedite deliveries, returns and repairs while maintaining accurate tracking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury fashion, watches or jewellery boutiques.
- Proven ability to manage inventory processes and reconcile stock with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple operational tasks concurrently.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and escalating issues to regional operations or logistics partners.
