Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations to ensure seamless, high‑luxury service and achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, coach and schedule sales consultants; foster a performance‑driven, client‑centric team culture and deliver regular feedback and training.
- Drive clienteling activities for high‑net‑worth and VIP clientele including personalised outreach, appointment management and follow‑up.
- Oversee merchandising and visual presentation to maintain brand standards, seasonal rollouts and boutique integrity.
- Manage inventory controls, stock reconciliations and liaison with regional supply and after‑sales teams to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Coordinate in‑store events, private appointments and product launches in collaboration with marketing and regional management.
- Ensure compliance with luxury retail procedures, loss prevention, POS operations and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare operational and sales reports for the Boutique Manager and regional leadership; identify opportunities to optimise store performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium services, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a polished manner appropriate for high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms preferred.
