Role & Responsibilities
- Support the collection, consolidation and validation of retail and e‑commerce performance data (POS, web analytics, CRM and third‑party marketplaces).
- Produce routine and ad‑hoc performance reports and KPI dashboards to inform commercial decisions across wholesale, boutiques and digital channels.
- Analyse sales trends, assortment performance, traffic-to-conversion metrics and promotional effectiveness to identify opportunities and risks.
- Contribute to campaign measurement, A/B test analysis and post‑launch performance reviews for digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives.
- Work cross‑functionally with merchandising, retail operations, CRM and marketing teams to translate analytical insights into operational recommendations.
- Help maintain and improve data processes, reporting automation and documentation to ensure data integrity and scalability.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrable ability to work with quantitative data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) and experience with data visualisation tools.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Interest in luxury goods and watchmaking; professional demeanour consistent with high‑end retail environments.
- Fluent English; French language skills are highly desirable given the Geneva region and boutique interactions.
