Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail and e‑commerce teams in delivering a seamless omnichannel customer experience across boutiques and digital touchpoints.
- Assist with online product content: write and proof product descriptions, prepare imagery and coordinate updates with the CMS.
- Contribute to CRM and clienteling activities: data entry, segmentation, campaign execution and follow‑up on leads and enquiries.
- Analyze performance metrics for online and in‑store initiatives using Google Analytics and internal reporting tools; prepare concise reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with boutique operations to synchronize stock availability, fulfilment and order tracking for click‑and‑collect or in‑store pickup.
- Support the execution of retail events, launches and after‑sales communications; liaise with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, logistics).
- Help test and QA digital journeys (checkout flows, product pages, POS integration) and document UX issues and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in luxury watches, omnichannel retail and client experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft high‑quality product copy and internal reports.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret web and sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work on site in Meyrin and to participate in occasional boutique visits or events.

Internship‑level role: ideal candidates will have prior internships or project experience in retail, e‑commerce, digital marketing or luxury brand environments; 0–2 years of relevant experience is typical.
Education
